This is where you’ll find each day’s meditation and exercise

11) Celebration
+ Do something personally meaningful and sacred, and join with others all over the planet who are consciously choosing Love at 11:11 on 11/11/11
+ Take an “after” photo
+ Send me happy stories and photos of your notebooks

10) Timelessness
+ Put the photo of child you and the representational photo of powerful elder you in your sacred space
+ Listen to Meditation 10
+ Write about your experience in your big notebook
+ Wear or carry something fun today
+ Play a game of being timeless today. See if you can make it through an entire day without the words ‘age’ or ‘late’
+ Write the words ‘Here’ ‘Now’ in your little notebook.
+ Count your blessings
+ Send me a photo of 11:11 or your journey notebook or your sacred space, or send me a Happy Story
+ Before you go to bed, say goodnight to grandma moon
+ Lay out something special to wear tomorrow

9) Meditation 9
+ Wear or carry something opalescent or iridescent
+ Listen to Meditation 9, (henceforth known as “the unusual meditation.”)
+ Write about your experience in your big notebook
+ Think of a situation where you might be hooked into Other People’s Dramas
+ Think of an intelligent solution. THEN, sit and breathe and ask for wisdom. Notice the difference.
+ Write a thank you note to another human being
+ Think about how you will choose to celebrate 11-11-11
+ Find a happy photo of yourself from childhood.
+ Find a photo in a magazine or off the web that represents you as a happy old person
+ Lay these two photos out for Thursday
+ Before you go to bed, find something fun to wear or carry with you on Thursday.
+ And whether it’s cloudy or not, say goodnight to the moon.

8) Connecting to Wisdom      << Note: I did not put this happy face here. SomeOne else did!
+ Listen to Meditation 8, Connecting to Wisdom
+ Write about your experience in your big notebook
+ Wear or carry something purple today
+ Write a thank you note to an unseen helper. If you don’t believe in unseen helpers, write a thank you note to your Self. Extra credit if you use purple ink.  ;-)
+ Make a list of 10 (or more) things for which you are thankful
+ Before you go to bed, find something opalescent, irridescent or sparkly to wear or carry with you on Wednesday

7) Clarity & Vision
+ Wear or carry something deep blue or royal blue today
+ Listen to Meditation 7, Clarity & Vision
+ Write about your experience in your journey notebook.
+ Play with looking through things today – a paper towel roll, a napkin ring, your hand in an O shape… Notice how different things look to you when you narrow your focus
+ Make note of blessings in your little notebook
+Throughout the day, pause and ask yourself:
What 1 thing do I want to focus on right now?
+ Before you go to bed tonight, go outside and look at the night sky. Even if you can’t see stars where you live, the moon is waxing and getting bright in the sky right now
+ Find and lay out something purple to wear or carry with you on Tuesday

6) Flow
+ Listen to Meditation 6, Flow
+ Write about your experience in your journey notebook.
+ Wear or carry something light blue today
+ Say or sing, – vocalize – words that exemplify qualities you value
Love   Honour   Peace   Joy   Flow   Give   Receive  Beauty  Kindness , etc.
+ Practice speaking words that taste good in your mouth
+ Practice keeping silent when you’re tempted to blather
+ Tell someone they are loved
+ Keep jotting down happy surprises and synchronicities in your little notebook
+ Before you go to bed tonight, find and lay out something deep or royal blue to wear or carry with you on Monday

5) Abundant Love
+ Wear or carry something green today
+ Listen to Meditation 5, Abundant Love
+ Write about your experience in your journey notebook.
+ Flow Divine Love vertically
+ Practice being kind and loving with yourself
+ Hug yourself
+ Notice how being kind to you just naturally makes you more kind to others
+ Express appreciation in your outloud voice
+ Continue noting blessings and synchronicities in your small carry-along notebook
+ Before you go to bed tonight, find and lay out something light blue or turquoise to wear or carry with you on Sunday

4) Personal Power
+ Listen to the Personal Power meditation, meditation 4
+ Write about your experience in your journey notebook
+ Wear or carry something yellow
+ Draw or buy a yellow flower and put it in your meditation space
+ Throughout the day, as you think of it, put a hand on your belly and breathe, imagine energy flowing vertically through your body, up and down, as if you were a giant sunflower taking in nourishment from the Earth and the sun.
+ Note blessings and synchronicities in your little blessing notebook
+ Before you go to bed tonight, lay out something green to wear or carry with you on Saturday


3) Creativity
+ Wear or carry something orange
+ Listen to the Creativity meditation, meditation 3
+ Write about your experience in your journey notebook
+ Do something completely out of your normal routine and habits today
+ Sing when you’re all alone
+ Keep an eye out for happy surprises, and take note of blessings
+ Before you go to bed tonight, lay out something yellow to wear or carry with you on Friday

2) Life Force Flow
+ Listen to the Life Force Flow meditation, meditation 2.
+ Write a little about your experience in your journey notebook.
+ Wear or carry something red today
+ Take a simple inspired action that will increase your Life Force
+ Continue noting blessings and synchronicities in your small carry-along notebook
+ Take deep breaths whenever you remember
+ Find and lay out something orange or peach-coloured to wear or carry with you on Thursday

1) Preparation meditation.

+ Listen to the preparation meditation.
+ Write a little about your experience in your journey notebook.
+ Look around your immediate environment. Choose a symbolic item which represents an old energy that no longer serves you nor brings you joy. If this 3d item would benefit someone else, give it away. If it would not uplift anyone, throw it away
+ Continue noting blessings and synchronicities in your small carry-along notebook
+ Find something red to wear or carry in your pocket on Wednesday. Lay this out for tomorrow.

Before you begin
+ Commit to yourSelf
+ Carry a small notebook with you, and make note of blessings and synchronicities
+ Create or acquire your larger journey notebook
+ Set your intention

+ Take a “before” photo of your face looking directly into the camera
+ Create your sacred space where you will be alone with yourSelf for a few minutes each day

    I am a big believer in taking time off from our daily routines. When Hurricane Irene knocked out power I couldn’t get online for a week from my home.When I was finally able to get online I felt a sense of ease that I hadn’t felt in a while.
