This week is a very special and important time. I will be unavailable from Monday night, July 23rd through July 26th.
If you are aware of the sacredness of this time out of time, I thank you for your contribution to the beauty and joy and grace and Love on this planet.
If you have no idea what I’m talking about, let me suggest a few little ceremonies that I think you will find tremendously helpful:

> Before you go to bed on the evening of the 24th, let go of some things that no longer serve you. Not just that over-sized orange shirt you’re never going to wear, or the stack of old magazines. Let go of some of the old thoughts, roles, assumptions, habits, stories and emotional ruts that no longer serve you.

> Spend as much time as you can on the 25th alone, and in silence, and unplugged from your electronic distractions. Get out in nature. Breathe. Tap into a vibration that is finer and more loving than human drama, intellect or blah blah. Connect with Pure Love.

Make a list of what you choose for yourself going forward. What kind of world do you want to live in?
What thoughts will you choose to entertain to help create that world? What kind of energies will you choose to express? What actions will you take that will bring more fulfillment to you and more blessings to the planet? What energies will you welcome and receive?

If you feel inspired or able, stay up through the night in prayer, ceremony and meditation.

If you sometimes receive better in your sleep, then before you sleep, pray in whatever way feels right to you.

> Rise before dawn on the morning of the 26th and go outside and face East. 
As the sun rises, consciously choose Love, and step into your new Life. Then just sit there a while, and BE in the Light of this new day, listening with your heart.
